Walked in and noticed employees lazily lounging. One girl came up and asked if we needed help finding anything. Once we said yes we were looking for running shoes she pointed at the walls clearly labeled as Addidas & Nike saying which side was which then walked away like she had something better to do. Stand around and talk to the other employees including the assistant manager who did not offer or try to help either.

Nitro was VERY friendly!! She took care of me after I left Footaction and their HORRIBLE customer service. She took the extra mile to measure all my kids' feet and saved me a headache after I just bought the wrong size from another shoe place.

customer service is awful. Lazy people working. Asked to try on shoe and the workers looked at me and walked away. 
AND do not even try to call the store, because no one will answer. Go to dick's sporting goods if you want shoes or somewhere, where you will actually get service.

Ummm mmmmm mmmmm. I went there and wanted some Js. But they gave me size 7 and didn't fit. But then gave me size 8 in the ugliest colorway you can every think of. I pray to God Michael Jordan did not come up with the white/red Jordan 31 colorway. Screw it,  my boy at Jordan hit me up with that sponsorship.
