I came to this location to see what my options were as far as switching from another carrier.  The sales person was aware that I would have to pay my old provider $300 in order to change phones.  I was told that my activation fees should be waived he was just waiting from the manager for approval.  I have made multiple follow up calls over the last three months and I was told that the credit should show on a future bill.  Not only was I charged an activation for the phone but the "free" tablet as well.  It has been three months and I have still not received a call back from this store or a credit.  Go somewhere else for new service.

The manager syed was incredibly helpful. He is very knowledgeable and informative. By far my greatest phone buying/service switching experience of all time. I will be recommending to everyone I know

All I can say is WOW! I was in the other day because I had an issue with my phone and the gentleman who helped me guided me through every step and tell me what the issue was. I was so happy he helped me I even bought a case because I'm a clumsy one and almost dropped my phone while handing it to the gentleman. I think his name was Faras? Great customer service, even from everyone who helped me! I will definitely be going back to that this store every time I need anything! Definitely going to tell my friends to go here. Thank you everyone

Mr. Azeem, Vivint security system is providing great features and benefits to our new home. I can control my garage, doors, lighting, air and arm the system through my smartphone. How cool is that? It is amazing! The amazon echo makes it convenient for day to day tasks. It was prompt and painless install. Would def recommend giving it a try! Many thanks for making my FAMILY feel safe.
