Went in for an oil change and since it was my first time there, they did a complimentary first time client check of my car fluids, tires, etc. They educated me on my tires, wheel alignment, filters, etc and explained them in a way that I can understand. They recommended a timeline for when I should get my tires replaced, replacing a few filters, and getting my car aligned. I normally hate going to auto places because they generally try to rip me off since I'm a female with minimal car knowledge. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off here, and I even researched these things more when I was waiting for my car to be finished, just to make sure they weren't just trying to sell me stuff, but that I actually needed these things. One of the things I always do at car places when they tell me I "need" something is I make them take me to the shop and actually show me the problem. The guy did this without me even asking and he explained everything as he was showing me and pointing these out. He then talked to me about specials they were running, which I expect a sales associate to do, but he didn't pressure me, he was informative but honest. So I ended up purchasing the filters he recommended and they have a lifetime alignment deal that costs $200 but you can get unlimited alignments at any Firestone store in the country for the life (I'm assuming for the lifetime of the car). Not sure on all the specifics, but that seemed like a good price to me. Overall, I liked this experience and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to, but rather educated and empowered to take car of my car's needs. Only complaint I have is that I was there for two hours, which consisted of an oil change, wheel alignment, and two filter changes. However, it was worth the wait to me because now I probably won't have to do anything for a while.

The only good thing about this location is that the Service Manager, Angel, is very respectful and will take on full responsibility of problems caused by the techs. However, the service techs are sloppy with their work here. I had a tire changed and the service tech placed my wheel lock key inside of my emergency road kit, instead of with the spare tire. When I called to ask about it, he stated it was near the spare tire (incorrect) and this caused the store to order a new set of wheel locks from my manufacturer to replace on the vehicle, only to cancel later on after I found they key haphazardly. If you do experience problems, I recommend just discussing with Angel, he'll work to make things right!

Worst customer service!!! I had an appointment for 8 AM and when I came in (the only person in line), the guy in charge completely ignored me. Then he received a phone call after I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and TOOK THE CALL FIRST? What. Anyways, I came in for a basic oil change and waited for almost 2 hours. I WAS ONE OF THE FIRST PEOPLE HERE. Everyone who came in when I did left right away. When I came up after an hour and a half to ask on the status, I was ignored again... then when he got to me, he told me that I had to continue to wait. So many people have come and go... I’m still waiting for an oil change. Never have I waited THIS LONG for an oil change.

I go here for oil changes because I can drop off my car in the morning and walk to work, but they always try to upsell me on something when they call to tell me my car is ready. Recently, I asked if they could look at my check engine light and they told me it would be $99, despite the fact that they have a coupon for a free code scan on their website. When I asked about the free scan, the man helping me refused and said the information it pulled up, "would just be confusing to me." How condescending!
