This is by far the best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to! I felt like a VIP customer and I had to write a review.  The staff is so professional and the wait is never too long. They’re very helpful and don’t push all these products and services that you don’t need. This wasn’t my first time here and most certainly won’t be my last :)

Service has always been good. I do not understand why people send there kids in for service that cannot make decisions. If they cannot not give them a hand written note that says my kid can only have an oil change don't ask him / her about anything else. Retail is about sales. First thing a Outback or Salt grass does is tells you about there specials.

Sent my son to get his oil/filter changed. He’s 18. Next thing I know my son is calling me, the charges were over $140!!!!  This store pressured my son into agreeing to these up charges!  Disgusting company that cares more about selling and money and pushes young adults and women to buy services they don’t need. Will never return.

unprofessional, long waiting time and they do not care how is your car going, they only care how to push you to buy their expensive but low-expertise service e.g. replace a air filter or wipers. They even do not know where the carbinet filter is in volvo. Bad!

Honest and helpful. They always do a good job for my car. The wait time here is a little longer however, regardless of the time. I always assume there would be not line if I got in around 9am because people are already at work, however not the case... But, they are friendly and do good work so i'm willing to stick it out.
