Key Auto Werks is great! They provide excellent service and are completely honest about repairs. I took them my 1999 Honda Accord for major repairs a few times within a 6 mo period. The car was literally falling apart toward the end of its life. The mechanic at Key called me on my third visit to advise me that it'd be better for me to get a new car rather than paying them to fix the car since there were other things that might soon break. That same mechanic called me a week later to see if he could answer any of my questions in my car search, and he gave me some good advice about the extended warranty offered by many dealerships. I appreciated this help immensely and I would gladly take my car to this shop again. My fiancee has also been getting her car serviced at Key for years. The first time I took my car to the shop the front desk person noticed she was in the car with me. He recognized her and added a $50 credit to her account for referring me to their business. I thought this personal touch inside the big city was amazing and it really made an impression!

I have had my cars serviced at Key Auto for over 20 years, and never had any problems--although my cars have had a few.  One of them was flooded five years ago and it was a toss-up whether to write it off. 
 Sometimes though, the news is not what you want to hear.  Owning a car is a breeze with them to service it.

When I bought my last car it was two years old.  They checked it out for me before I bought it, and told me to replace a front tire soon.  I waited two weeks because it was inconvenient, and wound up having it blow-out in Austin.  Now I listen better to what they say.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was very disappointed in this shop. I don't have a lot of time off work and the one day I have off I planned to take my car in to replace my shocks. I do my homework and due diligence and schedule an appointment with Key Auto Werks. I buy the parts I need in preparation. When I get there, they say they don't install outside parts! To my dismay, they offer no help. Even with such a short lived interaction, it was a huge waste of my time! Very disappointed in this shop. Will never come back to for service again.

Key Auto Werks first of all very honest & nice people who will definitely work with you & are very experienced with their craft. I had a big project of work done to my car from here & they knocked it out of the park completely, I am very very satisfied with their work & truly recommend them to the next potential customers. 👍

I have used Key for many years and several cars.  They are my go to guys..always reliable service, friendly and helpful. They check things carefully and don't do stuff that's not needed!  Recommended highly
