Awesome  experience , very professional and Honest shop. 

My car broke down on 59 south few days ago. I called AAA to tow my car and they Recommended Montrose Automotive center . First the waited for me to bring the car 45 after they closed ,  Second thing  they called me the next day 9:30 AM I spoke to Abraham and he gave  me an estimate and explain the problem in detail for me . So I told him I will have to call him back . After I checked the prices he gave me with two  different shops but the  their estimate was the best of all . I called Montrose automotive  I spoke to Abraham again and I told him to go head with the Work.  It was amazing service the car was done at the same day  And they came and pick me up to get my car . They fixed my car and washed it for me.  I know that nobody wants to be at the mechanic shop but really I enjoyed dealing with them
And   Appreciate their honesty . Thank you guys  you just earned new happy customer .

I️ took my car in for an alignment and oil change. I️ woke up late on the morning I️ was taking it in and the owner drove me to work so I️ wouldn’t be late having to wait for my car. There also isn’t a good car wash right around my home so I️ was delighted when they washed it for me without me having to ask. They also buffed a piece of concrete off my car (I️ thought it was bird poop because I hadn’t washed my car in a while). Very satisfied.

David provides great customer service at this shop. Starbucks coffee and very honest people about what u need done.
Im a regular customer.

My issue isn’t with the shop. My issue is with the owner. He uses young naive boys, lures them to his nice residence and then refuses to wear protection and basically forces himself on them and promises “I won’t cum inside you don’t worry” and after he’s finished with them he hands them 100$ and asks them to leave. Or maybe that was just my experience as a 20 year old. I was new to that and felt extremely pressured and then physically made to do what he wanted. I’m strong enough now to speak out and hopefully someone reads this and doesn’t fall for it.

A few friends and I made a road trip down to Houston TX, and on the way my 2007 jeep patriot started acting up. The oil change signal came on as well as the headlights needed a change. We decided to stop by this shop (Montrose Automotive Center) in which Abraham and his staff members took care of my car. It was right before closing time but the staff agreed to stay a little longer to help out which i could have not been more appreciative.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and high quality performance you guys exceed my expectations. Everyone was beyond friendly and kind and got the job done very fast with reasonable pricing. Thanks guys!!
