I NEVER in a MILLION years thought that I would have to write a bad review for the Disney Store. I have been to many Disney stores and yet to experience what I did with this one. I had to return something and the cast member that was taking care of it I believe was either the store manager or someone on the management team. She was so rude and acted all pissy with my return. When I asked her for my original receipt back she shoved it to me. I know and understand Disney magic and this person does not have that in her. I really hope that you don't treat others guests like that way you did with me. I have never had a bad experience like I did with this store and I am pretty disappointed.

I was just at the store about 3 hours ago. This time I came with my 6 Year old who wanted a Cars die-cast toy. No problem.. go to the register and the same lady who rang me up earlier is ringing me up now. I only had my credit card with me because carrying my son and my purse at the mall is too much. She takes my card, mind you the same card I used 3 hours ago, and now asks me for my ID, at which point I tell her I don't have it. I go on and explain to her she rang me up before and I'm using the same card. She says I'm so sorry........I can't! Whatever lady! You suck! I left with my son broken hearted! I understand the security aspect of her position, but I was there earlier......nothing's changed! I will never set foot back in that store again! Screw you lady, and screw you Disney!

I have made previous purchases at this store with my bank of America debit card and because the last name on my debit card (my married name) did not match NY drivers license (maiden name) the woman at the register Michele refused to allow me to make the purchase. I showed her my other credit cards and my DOE ID card and my husband showed his NYPD badge showing that my last name indicates we are married. She refused to allow us to make the purchase. We had about over a hundred dollars in merchandise that we were going to purchase and she continued to say we cannot make the purchase. My husband had the cash to make the purchase but because she did not extend us the courtesy to allow us to make the purchase we did not buy the merchandise leaving our children to cry.  I informed her that I have made purchases before with my ID at this store and has never encountered a problem. This person Michele was rude and lost loyal customers
