I can't speak to the actual store, but their website (US) is garbage.  Order wouldn't ship for over a month, which there was nowhere on the site that indicated it was out of stock or would take that long to ship.  Trying to contact them via phone, chat and email was difficult.  After multiple attempts at calling, during business hours,  I finally got a person.  They were friendly and seemed helpful.  they let me know the order wouldn't ship until mid January.  I politely asked to cancel my order, which they did.  I then waited for over 2 weeks for the refund.  I ended up opening a ticket with PayPal to get it resolved.   I would never purchase anything on their site again.

Overall I had a great experience at iMakr today. I had a two hour design session with Demitry who was very helpful and very good at bringing my invention to life.  I interacted with Jack several times who was also very professional and great to work with.  I highly recommend the iMakr store.

They blatantly ignore emails. I have called and emailed several times to cancel my order because they neglected to communicate that the product was out of stock. I'm convinced they are ignoring me so that they can send me the product once they have it in stock. Did I mention they force you to buy 2-3 day shipping? It's been two weeks.

Great Resource. Nice to have a conversation to learn rather than YouTube or internet searches. I still think that having a brick and mortar store is a good thing. Thank you for your help.
