I just called for a online in store pick up and they gave me attitude the online said ready in two hours. Seems like they are not up to things and not on top of things as they should. Unbelievable that you give your business and the people are not nice

I love, love, love this store. My favorite store to buy casual and professional clothing. I'm fascinated with the quality of their clothing. Althought is a bit expensive, the quality is good.

I have been a customer of New York & Company since it's inception. I buy many, many items for myself as well as for gifts.  I think the quality of the garments has diminished over the past few years.  Some items actually look like they are mass produced, which I believe they are, however, when the quality of the materials was better, the garments didn't look so mass produced.
Additionally, I typically shop at the location on 86 Street and on two occasions I looked up the closing time to ensure I had enough time to leave work (quite a distance away) and have sufficient time to shop. To my surprise upon arriving the store was closed.  
Today, I looked up the closing time and it said 9:30pm every day except Sunday. I said to myself let me call, just in case. And guess what?!?!?!
Surprise, surprise the person who answered the phone said they close at 8:00pm and after five minutes of back and forth and him just repeating we are open until 8:00pm, I said I understand that, what I am asking you is can you send an email to someone in corporate or the IT department and let them know they need to update the website.  These hours have not been accurate for a very long time and that is not fair to the customers who go to the website to look up basic information such as store hours, they should feel confident the information is correct.
