I am a regular shopper at Best Buy; I frequently order things online to pick up. It's great having a best buy local. I've purchased many items here with ease. On suggestion is if your in a rush for something check online to make sure the item is in stock before going. I've found on multiple occasions that they stock less of certain items than other stores.

I took my 2003 Mazda in to have automatic start installed. The process took about 3 hours and the remote start works fine. I realized after that I could not unlock my car with the remote after starting the engine by remote. I called and explained and they said they could have it fixed and we made an appointment. After driving 45 minutes to Parker for my appointment the man tells me "we can't fix that". I ask why they would allow an appointment for something they could not fix and his response was "I don't know they must have thought you were talking about something else". I would not be so upset if the man was the least bit kind, but he seemed not to care in the slightest. If you are looking for a remote start I would recommend spending the extra money at another store.

Shopping for a new laptop. Didn't expect to find what I was looking for. Neither Amazon nor Best Buy online had just what I wanted. Found something very close and the Geek Squad did the custom work to make it exactly the way I wanted. All for a lower cost than what I could find online.

Best Buy prices can be a little crazy sometimes, but their price match policy makes worth seeing the products in person. Staff here is top notch! They are great to talk to about today's tech and get recommendations.

I am not usually one to write bad reviews, as I can usually empathize with businesses. However, this time I can not. I recently attempted to have a remote start installed on my 2006 Eclipse. For whatever reasons, they were unable to install the device, refunded my money, and gave me the car back. Painless, right. Wrong. After finding a problem with my clutch switch and exploring under the dash and hood. Left over wiring and clutter was left hidden by the techs. I returned to have this removed, and they did so in 25 minutes or so. Speedy service right. Wrong. That night I went to drive the car, and none of the lights work. Headlights, instrument lights, wiper blades, none of it works. Everything was functional before it went in, but I got my car back in a cluttered mess, and was given a half assed effort to put it back the way they found it.
