Jimmy Mac's Roadhouse

My husband and I love this place! The prices are reasonable, and the steak is excellent. We went with our entire family last night, with everyone getting a variety of dishes, and all of us loved our dinners. (Even our relative with gout found something on the menu they loved!) The service is always friendly and prompt, when when they're busy. They also play a great selection of 90s country with neat kitschy memorabilia on the walls. They do serve peanuts and have you throw the shells on the floor though, so if you have a bad peanut allergy, this isn't the place for you!

We went here for our daughters 21st birthday and we had a great time. The food is great, atmosphere is fun, and the employees are nice and polite. They sang a cute song and she was given a ice cream bowl with 4 spoons to share with the whole family. Great prices and food, from burgers to fish and chips to pulled pork even prime rib. The yeast rolls are awesome just don't fill up on them to begin with. I would definitely recommend.

What a fun place to Eat! Walk in the door and grab a bowl of fresh peanuts. The floor is covered with shells! The peanuts are a perfect appetizer to go with your beer, or whatever, before the next appetizer.....the best yeast rolls you've ever tasted!! Warm and soft, served with honey butter. Yum! And the bread basket is refilled automatically when you empty the one you're working on. Woo hoo!! Whatever you order, from a salad to a full steak dinner, will be perfectly cooked, and you will be satisfied with whatever you choose. The prices are quite reasonable, considering the extra goodies you get just for sitting down at a table! The place has a down-home country atmosphere with checkered tablecloths on each table to complete the friendly, laid back feel. Love this place, and can't wait to try it again!!!

A fun place to have a beer and some food. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this place. What I have had is great. The service was prompt and with a smile. I'd probably give them 5 stars for their service, but I need to try more of their menu to give them an unqualified 5 star rating. I would recommend this as a great, casual place for a meal, or after a hard day of whatever. Very relaxing.

This has got to be one of the best BBQ places I've been to in a while. I like to eat pulled pork and the pulled pork place they have is delicious. There's a slice of toast under the pulled pork the soaks up the juices. The fries are steak style fries so nice and thick cut. My friend got the salmon plate that I wouldn't recommend but I don't go to BBQ places for fish. My other friend got a 8oz fillet and it was juicy and buttery soft.
