Very average hotel. Two elevators that were slow and took forever to get us up and down. Very limited food options. Breakfast is NOT free and for what they charge it should have been of much higher quality. While we were out, someone entered our room and left us a full toilet...unflushed...seat up. Nothing stolen but they sure left us something. Hotel staff didn't seem to care. Water pressure wasn't good...coffee wasn't good. The A/C worked well and the bed was okay. There are better choices at better prices in Richmond.

Great location also the staff was great. They had a complementary shuttle which was great bonus to get food and head to meetings. Highly recommend it. Very comfortable.

Stayed overnight. As other reviewers noted there was only one functioning elevator bit out was not much of an inconvenience since the hotel was relatively quiet. The breakfast was very nice with cooked to order eggs, fresh cut fruits and some fresh pastries. Servers were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and nicely presented. Room was very clean and everything was in order.

Great staff. It was the Holiday Inn, high end. Easy parking is a big bonus. Breakfast makes ease of exit for your day's responsibilities ahead.

Attended a conference at double tree. The staff was amazing and very supportive to us guests. The food was delicious and the coffee and hot water where constantly provided. Thank you for a great place to host our volunteer conference!
