Worst hotel I ever stayed at. First room was filthy. Overflowing trash can, wet towels, dirty commode etc. Food crumbs everywhere. They gave us another room. The second room smelled and had a filthy uncleaned commode. I have drug worse refrigerators to the curb before. How anyone could ever rate this place higher than crappy is beyond me. I have stayed in plenty of low end hotels and while they were no frills at least they were clean. Do not stay here!

While reasonably priced, the amenities and general upkeep could certainly use some work. There was no housekeeping done during our stay for no apparent reason. On multiple occasions, unleashed dogs roamed the premise. Overall, not bad for the price.

Located near shopping and restaurants, it was easy to find. Stag was great. Wi-Fi was a little slow but hotel was full. Dishes/pots/pans sets were clean as were beds and linens. Extra pillows in middle of the night were no problem and with laundry staff on premises after desk crew went home, there was still someone on call all night.

I stayed here during a corporate training that lasted a month. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It is one of the nicest Extended Stay America's I've stayed in. It's conveniently located next to great restaurants (within walking distance), some nice night spots, Short Pump Mall is about 1.5 miles down the road, and some strip malls within walking distance also.

The first room I was put in wasn't clean....sheets were on the floor. The second room only had 1 working light switch. Staff was very nice and apologetic but better maintenance is a must. Nobody was there at checkout and breakfast was over at 9 am
