Dirty rooms and hallways. Broken furniture in rooms. Bed was comfy. Staff nice. No light on sign out front so very hard to find.

Hit the character limit on my last attempt so here is the summarized version: DO NOT STAY HERE Room made our whole family sick, and it was in disrepair. Staff was actually nice, but has too little resources to deal with so many problems. Sketchy people in parking lot late at night (running car decal business) or following people walking dogs. Used needle found next to our vehicle in rear parking lot day that we decided to leave. First room was horrible. Overwhelming mildew smell, and inoperable A/C unit. Second room was colder and didn't smell nearly as bad, but had many things broken, missing or unclean. Front desk staff was polite and quick to try and address issues, but again, they're not provided with the support and items needed to do a decent job. Manager has still not returned my calls regarding a refund. I was incorrectly billed, and even after calling the nationwide call center, they laughed at the overbill and called it ridiculous. They advised to attempt to deal with the manager of the property and if I was not satisfied, they would step in. They will be getting called shortly.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had State side. The building facility is poorly maintained and the staff was either non responsive or just plain rude. The entire brand is ruined for me now... which is a shame considering I spent my wedding night at one of these on the way to our honeymoon over a decade ago and it was wonderful.

Great service but definitely needs to identify where to check in , especially when you have people checking in after driving all night and pulling in at 230am

We stayed here for 2 weeks between selling our house and buying another one. The place was okay, and filled our needs, but we were pretty glad to be gone. Everything seems just a little run down about this hotel. Actually while we were there they were filling in the pool with concrete out back, so I guess thats just going to be a patio now. The common hallways smelled of cigarette smoke most of the time, even though the rooms were supposedly non smoking. The staff was always very pleasant and friendly. It's a very utilitarian place.
