Hotel Manager is amazing as well as the staff. Hotel is old but refurbished nothing spectacular if you are a minimalist it will do if you are snooty it won't suffice. Rooms are kind of small the suite has a small living area with a desk couch chair and a fridge and microwave underneath the TV The pool is a little small but decent it also is a Jacuzzi available. Pool water was too cold one day only. People with kids on a budget this is the place because the Food is FREE! Breakfast included with the room buffet style hash browns, pork round sausage, eggs, make your own waffle, yogurt, cereal oatmeal,donuts one kind of a muffin Also Fountain juice and soda and coffee! Breakfast starts at 6:30 get there before 7:30 to beat the crowd. FREE DINNER! BUFFET they had Mexican night while we were there. Flour tortillas, black beans, Spanish rice salad, ground beef(allegedly) edible but not fantastic Soda etc. Parking is 10.00 per day in their garage you need a room key to enter so you must park in front of hotel check in then come back and move car to garage We drove to City Museum and Science Center and the Arch Please visit Crossfire smokehouse about three blocks away just walk for delicious barbecue

Loved staying here. Staff was very welcoming. Hotel was very clean . Free Popcorn, free soda , free cocktails, great breakfast . Loved my little indoor patio outside my back door of my room. There was a fire emergency there when i stayed , staff didn’t seem to prepared for this situation but i understand. I was actually leaving out when the fire department came so no big deal, the building didn’t burn down

We come to a convention here every year and love staying here! They always make us feel welcome. We enjoy breakfast (hot) and the drinks and dinner. The staff are always nice and polite.

My three night stay last weekend was one of the most pleasant stays in a hotel I have ever experienced. They offer a nice, legit free breakfast every morning and free drinks and dinner every night. The hotel staff, from top to bottom are so friendly it is amazing. They aren't just courteous.. they treat you like a friend. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay with them.

This has become my favorite hotel in St Louis. The staff is always polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for downtown activities and has easy access to the hight. Plus it has secure parking which is wonderful!
