Fabulous place. Amazing staff greeted us by name as we came in the door. Room as promised has a gorgeous view of the Arch. Clean, bed is so comfy and pillows are soft. Bathroom shower head is tall with good pressure and nice hot water. Temperature control is easy and efficient. Great decor. Only thing we'd love them to add is a hot tub, but pool is nice.

Location is great if your goal is to visit the Arch and other venues nearby. Parked our vehicle on Saturday afternoon didn't get back into it until Monday. The rooms are pretty nice and, as always, the Hampton breakfast was good as well. Parking is fairly tight if the hotel is full, fortunately they share a second garage across the street. I'd gladly stay here if I was in downtown St Louis again!

This is a soild hampton experience.  Rooms were new and clean.  The staff was nice. I love that they have digital keys too which makes it very convenient.  Typical Hampton breakfast but it was tasty and quick.

It's a great location too.   Easy walk to the Arch.   It also has a few blocks close that are filled with good food choices and I always felt safe walking there in the evening.

We were in town for SEC tournament when my mother, back in KY, had to have emergency open heart surgery. Finding this out 30 min before arriving STL, we didn’t know what to do. Upon arriving and expressing our concerns, John and Sarah at the front desk, took exceptional care of us. Mind you, we had two rooms booked for four nights. They assured us we could cancel entire reservation with full refund or whatever we needed to do. We were able to stay one night and leave for KY the next morning. I cannot express how  the entire staff eased our minds in such a stressful situation. They tried their best to feed us breakfast before departing and waived all parking fees associated with our stay. The facility was beautiful, cannot say a bad word about the place!! I cannot say enough good things about our short lived stay in STL, especially the Hampton Inn and a big win for the Wildcats!!

Great location to the arch and convention center. Beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was delightful and the all day coffee station in the lobby a plus.
