Great value considering location close to downtown landmarks and included meals. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Our room had comfortable beds and a programmable thermostat that quickly and quietly reached a desired temperature. There are four elevators so the wait for one was never long. There were plenty of carts available in the lobby and at each parking level to make carting luggage easy. Rachel checked us in and was very hospitable and thorough. A maid and service worker also showed hospitality. This reflects well on them and the place they work. We did not use the pool since there was a little too much fun going on in there (children shrieking with delight). Parents, bring earplugs. :)

The hotel, and staff were great. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the area. The room had the usual features, nothing really stood out, but the bed was amazing! The location was close to a lot of restaurants and attractions, and there were usually taxis outside if you didn't want to drive. The parking deck was my only complaint. It was an enclosed parking deck, but it was not made for larger vehicles. I believe the max clearance was 7', but the rows are very narrow which makes turning difficult if you can clear the entrance. It wasn't anything to spoil our stay, but something to consider if you drive a full size SUV, or truck.

5+++++ Hotel is clean and so accommodating for families! Free hot breakfast and the kickback meal fed all 4 of us. So 2 free meals.. that’s awesome! Just plan to go towards the middle or end of them or you wait in line. You can bring the food to your room as well. The staff was exceptional and I work in a position where customer service is shoved down our throat. These guys have it down pat. All the interactions I experienced and saw were A+. If you have a family this is he place to be. Not to mention 3 free drinks a nite! Total adult bonus!! Chargers in lobby and free popcorn and pop. He staff does well and refilling to. The hotel was at capacity when we were here and they kept it all going! Hotel a block from the arc. Easy walking and parking available.

Getting a room within feet of the Gateway Arch is amazing! Great place to plant, then branch out and explore the city. Of course, being in a historic building (old International Fur Trading building) is cool.

  The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and they have complementary breakfast/ dinner/ and a great indoor pool (on the 8th floor with a walkout balcony).

  The kids enjoy the stay and we like the location. Certainly not a high-end swanky place, but it delivers big for the price!

Very accommodating and well appointed hotel! Rooms were very clean and the rates were extremely reasonable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Complimentary dinner, drinks and full breakfast were a very nice perk. Drinks were full strength lol!
