The overnight lady was very rude, she started off nice trying to help my drunk sister but my sister might have been rude to the lady but she has no right to strike my sister  because my sister yelled at her "to leave her alone" but she threatened to get the cops involved even though she hit my sister in the face. She should be fired.

Poor customer service manager was very rude after asking a simple question about where to find something in the store I am a frequent customer and that is exactly how you lose customers with having people like that in charge

Got a bottled drink and a cup of ice and cashier charged $1.29 for a medium big gulp drink instead of ice. When I complained and said something he told me all he could do is give me a corporate phone number if I wanted to complain. Stay away.

This store was so disgusting, it’s like they don’t clean or check their dates, this bag of chips was on the shelf

Treated very poorly, can't say I feel comfortable returning here when there's a BP across the street..  I'm in a wheelchair and my partner usually pushes me while my roommate helps grab things for me. We were originally wearing our hoodies since it was cold and took them off once we got inside.  Everywhere we went the cashier I'm unsure if this was a supervisor or manager, their nametag was missing LEFT the counter to continuously follow us around the store and was eyeing us, as if to make sure we weren't stealing/doing anything illegal. Super unprofessional when all we came for was a 2L of Pepsi and some bread lol.

I have never been treated the way this store’s manager treated me in my entire life. I went here to buy gas, use the restroom, and get something quick to eat. When I went to use the restroom I received a speech about how ppl destroy their restroom. Their restroom was disgusting and had no paper products at all. When I asked for some I received more of a speech and asked if I could please finish using the restroom. When left the restroom the speech became even nastier. I informed him that I’m choosing to take my business elsewhere. No one should be judged on appearance but I was dressed extremely nice. I wasn’t bumming that day. Wow.

The manager doesn't know how to manage logistics. When you have 8 people in line and only 1 available cashier, then you should have that 1 cashier operating 2 registers. This will give people paying by debit time to enter their pin and allow the cashier to jump over to the other register and take care of another customer. When I tried to kindly point that out to the manager, his response was " I've been managing for 30 years and if you don't like it go somewhere else. This was around 8am and people would like to get to work on time. 30 years experience as a manager and it seems like he didn't learn a thing.

This is unacceptable after giving this rotten burrito a bite I nearly puked  I went in to notify them about the situation and all the employee said "oh it's because you burned it" buddy does it look burned to you? Would I even purchase this non edible if It even smelled burnt-out perhaps not. This report was given February 1, 2022 around12:23 noon @7-Eleven at this exact location please be aware of this store and avoid expired food because surely this image proves it was 100% waste and poisoning to health and apparently safety food guidelines were not followed correctly corporations will be hearing from me soon about this matter.

Trash people run this place - toilet out of order

You have everything in 7-Eleven and it's 24 hours that's what I like about it
