Had a vibration from the driveline and after numerous new parts added on, which I was fine with, it still did not fix the problem and then they decided to check the wheel bearings. Turns out they were shot but instead of reviewing the total cost of changing the bearings, which they ordered the wrong ones first time, and the axle shafts, which when I researched the price from the same company they ordered from I had to pay them $160 additional of the actual part price for their price on the bill, plus labor which total ended up being 1500. They never mentioned the thought of swapping out the complete axle for a new or used one which would've been the around the same price. After all the parts were in for the job to begin after two weeks the assigned mechanic decides to not show up for a few days so my car was put off for that week until I constantly told them I needed it to be done they put a different mechanic on the job. After almost 4 weeks my car was "done". The next day the axle seal already started to leak and they said they would fix the problem for free and the front desk woman blamed that on the mechanic for taking on a job that wasn't his originally. Shouldn't all the mechanics be trained to take on a job like this? After that the vibration was still there so I ended up fixing the problem myself along with the tabs on the drum brake adjustment that weren't properly put back together where I couldn't use my parking brake and the brakes weren't what they use to be. After all the hassle I wasn't given any discount for the poor customer service and I haven't recommended anyone there since. It's a business of overpriced labor and parts.

Jason has left Earl's.  He is now at Peachtree Imports.  They work on Domestic vehicles as well.  I will move all my biz to Jason.

Jason, you are the man! You are very modest in what you can do in your abilities.  You have saved my bacon several times in the last six months. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the work and review that you do. 

Whatever you are getting paid, you need a raise

Joel Cheek and his crew know what they are doing.  I brought them my 2014 Corvette for an engine upgrade (no easy task).  Upgrades were done to the camshaft, headers and tune.  It was a complicated process, but they stuck with it, till it was right and I couldn't be happier.  I will recommend their services to anyone needing car repair or maintenance.
