Everything about this place is great. Superbly cheap cars (most are salvage title from hail damage) so you don't haggle or BS- you can either buy the car or not! The staff there is super friendly and super knowledgeable. 
You can go to the lot and test drive any car you want, which lets you try out stuff you might not normally check out.
I walked away with a killer deal on an amazing car. I'm recommending everyone I know to get their car at East Side.

We've now purchased four cars with these folks over many years.  Fantastic to work with.  We worked with Nathan last night - he was great, super friendly, super knowledgeable.  Definitely recommend.

I wish there where more places like this. It's how buying an affordable used car should be.  It's basically self service.  No sale man on commission, just friendly employees there to answer questions and help when needed. 
Walk the large lot, see something you like, sit in it, start it up, drive it around the lot.  Wanna take it for a road test or to your own mechanic?  - Stop by the office on your way out: they copy your license, and you bolt the temp plate on it yourself.

I found just a few minor issues with the car:  slightly warped roters, and possibly a very slow leek on one tire.  Negotiating price was very reasonable and was offered the option of waiting for their shop to do the work or taking a fair discount on the price. 

Both negotiation and actually buying the car took 40min. Complete painless experience from start to finish. 

Ended up with a better car with lower mileage and a cheaper price than I planned for or would have found at a traditional dealership.

DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I just bought a truck from them and it had broken headlights and they promised to fix it the next day. so the following day I droped off my truck and they still didnt fix it. They cant even fix a headlight that they promise to fix!!!!!! never going back to them ever again.

Came with some electrical problems I ran into after purchasing a car. The crew was super helpful and fixed all the problems. Was worried about waiting here but the couches are comfortable and with wifi, Allowing me to get others things done, like writing this review. They didn't have me wait anymore than 1 to 2 mins
