Honest as they come for car dealers. Straight forward prices too, wo the run around. I would not hesitate to buy a car from their shop over a larger dealership.

I saw a 2007 Toyota on a website used by Wernet. I called them to get details. After a few minutes of conversation, I decided to give them a deposit to hold the vehicle until it was ready, approximately 2 weeks they said. Tom Wernet told me I could cancel the deal if I didn't want the vehicle. Well after doing more research, I found their price was way above anyone else's. I contacted Tom to cancel the deal,  and he refused to refund my money until the vehicle was sold to someone else! WHAT?!!! After a few minutes of discussion as to how STUPID this sounded to me, he said he would give me my money back. What a joke. To be safe, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge to my CC. I really can't believe this is how he does business.

Went out of there way to stay after hours to pick up and car was beautifully detailed! 5 starts all the way!

2nd car we bought from Tom and Nick.  Checked surrounding dealers and they couldn't match Wernets honesty or price.
