Sometimes I think things are going to be quite the opposite. But it needs to be passed that fails to apply. On my presidential administration of the most popular of the most important thing is that the tank is not elderly. Tomorrow is a legally protected means of dispute settlement.

I'm giving this 3 stars because the room was nice, and the price was reasonable. HOWEVER, the staff is the most UNPROFESSIONAL staff I've ever encountered! Now I see that several people wrote good reviews on the staff. I wish those staff members were present when I checked in! Whether I called for more information or checking into the hotel.... I never spoke to a well mannered, well spoken staff member. The customer service was horrible, and they made me feel like THEY were doing me a favor.

We booked here because we had stayed before and had a pleasant experience but this time it was different! This visit we stayed in a King room on BOTTOM floor. Booked a week in advance using website. When you walk in the lobby you smell cigarette smoke strongly. Got to our room there and it smelled terrible! Apparently it was a "smoking" room even though there was clearly a "no smoking" sign on the door. (Explains the smell in the lobby) This WAS MY FAULT for over looking on booking, so it could be the difference in smoking and non smoking rooms. We are not smokers. Our experience before was in a non smoking king room and everything was fine then but this time it was not. Our lock was broken and they made no attempt to repair it or move us to a room we felt secure in. The bathroom had bad repair/patch jobs all throughout. There was a hole in the wall by the TV. The carpets were badly stained and burned from cigarettes. The furniture the same. The AC couldn't keep up with the southern heat and sounded like something was rattling out of place all night. The bed slept mediocre. The TV is outdated and some channels didn't come in well. The breakfast was typical bagels, muffins, waffles, cereal and juice. The owners were very friendly but other hired staff was not. You'll be able to tell the difference. As I said, our experience in a non smoking room was completely different and much more pleasant. The smoking room, 126, is terrible, smells bad, and looks like they've had to break into it a lot because the bolt had be broken a few times. It has had its share of "rough crowd" staying in it from the looks of all the damages as well. That was not the case for the non smoking room.

Very nice. Shower and bathroom are beautiful. Air conditioner works. Service was very nice at the front counter. I'm here hunkering down for tornado warning (2/2/16) so I'm on the first floor, which is the smoking floor. But this place is so clean I couldn't even smell smoke when I walked into it. It is apparent that they care very much about doing a good job here. Also, there is a subway about 45 feet away from the hotel. Update: breakfast was on par. Waffles, bagels, cream cheese, raisin bran and fruit loops, oatmeal, grits, muffins; and again everything was very very clean.
