Been doing business with this family for years. They're very friendly and honest. They have great vehicle ownership options. Every vehicle I've purchased here had lasted well beyond my use. I constantly refer people to them and never had a complaint. They offer a wide selection of vehicles including classics sometimes.

Do not waste time or money here. I sat down with this man as he looked me in the eye and claimed to be a honest man of buisness. So after going against my wife's judgement I decided to trade my truck with no issues appraised kbb of $4800 for a yukon he had for sale at $4500. And then dropped 800 down on another truck that day. Only cause our family needed more room in a vehicle, so after 2 weeks the yukon gets a noise from underneath the vehicle me only being familiar with routine maintenance I wasnt sure what the issue was. I touched base with eds and tell todd the owner he tells me: "go tell paulie and have him check it out." The mechanic tells me its the transfer case and hell get the part ordered. Upon calling him 3 times within over 2 weeks we still waitied for the part. Then the yukon got worst and i parked the yukon and waited to see what was up. After accusing me of mudding in the truck as if i was some 16 year old who bought there first vehicle, He stated I would have to pay for the part and they would waive the labor. So after I went and got a loan to pay for this part we dropped off the yukon and I asked the mechanic "are you sure its the transfer case.?" He said yes. After repairs then tell me it wasnt the transfer case its the transmission. I had to scrap the yukon as I couldn't afford a 1200 transmission. So I got screwed hard out of a nice truck and this dude who is a "honest man" didn't give 2 craps about making things right. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY DO NOT GO HERE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "DEALS UNLIMITED" ON PORTAGE ROAD. CHEAP VEHICLES AND IF SOMETHING IS WRONG THEY FIX IT WITHOUT BLAMMING YOU FOR MUDDING IN THE WINTER

Been to this unprofessional 3 times and not a single worker offered to help us out. My wife wanted to stop by and look at their cars. We pulled in by office, got out looked at vehicles for 5 mins no one helped. So, I walked in office to 3 workers, 1 being a manager just sitting n standing around. I ask for assistance n they didnt even want to come outside to assist us. well, the manager come at with an attitude and threatened me and tried fighting me, due to their own lack of professionalism. So, for whoever reads this review, I'D SAY DON'T DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS CAR COMPANY. VERY RUDE N UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT GO HERE! HOPE BBB SEES THIS REVIEW, CUZ SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE, NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE THREATENED!

Todd and his wife Kathy are great. I recommend this place to everybody. The mechanic Pauly is wonderful as well.
