Still waiting on a call that I put in 4 days ago. I asked for a call to talk to them about my experience and I have yet to talk to someone. When I picked up the car, gas was at a quarter of a tank. About a half-hour into my drive, I needed the wipers and the right wiper was tore and scraping the windshield. It was obvious that it was like this for a while because that's when I noticed the scrape. Then, about an hour in, beeping began. I found out it was because the car thought there was a passenger and the seat belt was not buckled. This went on and off throughout my whole trip. They gave me a card for the supervisor when I picked up the car. I was impressed by that; however, I left a message thinking I could at least share my experience and I've yet to talk to anyone. I have consistently used Hertz and I will be going back to them.

Great customer service! Made sure that I had a car while mine was being fixed. Picked me up and dropped me back off when needed. Very helpful!

Customer service was awesome. The lady at the front desk called us later next day to make sure everything is going well. They also accepted my late drop-off and excluded extra fare due to snow storm. Thanks . Would definitely recommend

I have had only one experience with them and it has left me irritated to say the least. I called not even an hour before going down saying that I was disabled and I wanted my brother to be the driver. The only thing said on the phone was that I had to be down there for them to rent the car to us. When we got there they then said that my brother had to have a credit card or me a drivers license to rent us a car. Wasting our time, theirs, and our money to get an Uber there and back. Never going there again!

I booked my one-way  rental through Priceline and didn’t know about the additional $250 deposit over and above my rental cost. It all worked out though and I received EXCELLENT customer service from staff at the KALAMAZOO location. Even when I had to change my drop off location due to inclimate weather, everything went smoothly and Katrina made sure I received my 
full deposit and no extra charge! I will gladly use Enterprise again!
