The Hertz location on Stadium drive swindled me out of almost $200.  They encouraged me to purchase their vehicle insurance for $24.99/day.  Which in the heat of the moment I accepted.  I told the gentleman that I was working with, that I was getting the rental car while my personal car is being worked on due to some highway debris that caused damage to my original vehicle, and that my insurance company is getting it fixed.

 I have now had the rental car for about 6 hours, when I looked up my personal car insurance, to find out that I was ALREADY COVERED for rental cars.  I called to see if they could return the insurance and simply refund me, and they told me that their policy is that I have to return the vehicle first for them to be able to do that.  I am over 5 hours away and do not have the ability to take off a day of work for this run around.  Their return policy on this protection plan was NEVER disclosed to me, nor was their any hint from them that I might not have needed it - like I said, I already had a discussion with the rep that I was there because of my personal insurance was fixing my normal vehicle. 

Going further, I will not be working with this location, and look to do my business with someplace with a little more integrity

Typical car rental facility. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.  It with be really helpful if the facility had a 24 hr. drop box for keys so cars could be returned during off hours.

Extremely rude on the phone when I called to check on my reservation on 11/17 at approx 4:22pm.My wife and I used to always rent from hertz and after being treated like I was on the phone we decided not to rent again. Renting a vehicle should be a fun and great experience especially when you have a trip planned to Florida with your wife and kids. Being scolded on the phone is not a fun experience at all.

State farm got is a car from here it was awesome hassle free in and out brand new car the manager was so friendly and if I'm ever in need of another car this is where I'm going
