I use enterprise on portage often, usually for work rentals. We left late on Monday of spring break for vacation and received the last car they had on the lot. It had recently been hit by a deer and the handle on the passenger side door was smashed in. The door creaked something fierce when you opened it and my boyfriend pinched his hand on the handle more than once on our trip. I don't know what company policy is with renting out damaged cars but I would think that this one should have been removed from the fleet immediately after the accident. 

We were in a rush to get out of town to head to a concert in Detroit after we had just been in an accident ourselves in our own car on our way to pick up the rental. I could tell the rep I worked with could tell I was upset by the state of the car and offered $10 off the rate per day without me asking. Fine, I won't argue. Then offers me a free upgrade for a car from the airport that was not near by. No I'm not going to wait around any longer to get a car that should have been replaced before I even arrived.

Overall, this location is fine to deal with. I just think company policy about damaged vehicles isn't the best.

Great experience. They picked me up from the auto body shop and dropped me back off when I returned the rental, which made renting from them so much easier. Getting the car was easy and everyone who found out I was renting because of an accident asked to make sure I was okay. I ran into a bump with my payment method not matching my ID (using a family members credit card) but they made my options clear and helped me work it out.

Also shout out to Henry for being helpful and super polite the whole time!

Very friendly the car I rented was amazing i drove all the way to va and back to michigan with no problems with the car at all.

The manager, Tyler, and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. They all were helpful and went above and beyond. Tyler was phenomenal!!

They need work on their website; I tried to make a reservation last night and got an error code. Then again this morning the same thing.
