Had a confirmation # and was told at the counter they ran out of cars. Missed a meeting today because they, Hertz, left me with only excuses at their counter of how someone didn't return their car yet. Don't use Hertz here in Kalamazoo because it really is some auto repair company leasing the Hertz name. Good luck!

I wish they would clear the snow in the parking lot. Otherwise it is a great experience.

They do an awesome job! Taking time with each client, never making you feel rushed & addressing all of your questions & needs.  Awesome customer service! This is the only company I will use!
