Paid and Ordered online for a friend's birthday.  They never delivered. Called the next day,  and the manager said they never printed the ticket.  Offered me a free balloon.  No thanks.  I would have at least appreciated a notification that it wouldn't be delivered so i could have arranged something else.  My friend had a bad birthday and worst of all thought I forgot her . I won't be ordering again.

When my order didn't get delivered I wasn't contacted. I know they have my number because I had a call from a different location this morning (I had two orders). Also I tried to call for  30 minutes and no one answers it's just silent and hangs up. I got through today and they are redelivering it. I am hoping the fruit isn't bad by now 😞

The girl who makes the edible arrangements in the backroom was really cool and made me changed my rating. She did my edible in 5 minutes since she got the order late and after she left Friday. Also, she was very helpful when I was inform with unsure order. Another thing I asked when they open, since they have different hours on their window and on the website & maps. It turned out they have not received the new hours paper to display yet. Just a little confusion and igornace but that is okay, since she was really cool and got my order ready for me; so waiting about 45 minutes was okay.

We received an arrangement from our daughter yesterday. The selection of fruit was excellent--looked and tasted great!

Gerat idea if you are in need of gift for a loved one. Little expensive, but arrangements are tastey.
