As a family, we have been coming to Dr. O’Donnell’s Office for 28 years! Their staff are family. My girls grew up with Barb & Dr. O’Donnell & now their own children are growing up with them too! We have always found incredible care & quality here & a true sense of compassion every time. As the staff has grown over the years, the foundation still stays true to what they stand for. No matter who is taking care of you, you are in very good hands! Barb & Dr. O’Donnell have become wonderful friends & real partners in our families’ lives & medical care. EVERY STEP of the way over the many years, they have been there for us with very thorough care & concern. Having trust in your doctors & nurses is a very big part of staying with them & knowing you are in good hands. Edward Medical Group is a very special group that my whole family is very grateful for & always will be-THANK YOU ALL & God Bless you all!

My wife had her knee replacement surgery at Edward Hospital in Naperville. From the time we checked in till she was discharged, we had an excellent experience. Every staff member there is very professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Thank you everyone at Edward hospital for making it a pleasant experience for us. Keep up the good work and keep smiling.

You entrust your health to a hospital. How do you know they are worthy of your trust? In the case of Edward, when a government official asked former President Pam Davis to pay a bribe, she went to the FBI, wore a wire, and criminal charges followed. How many officials of other hospitals just went along and paid bribes? Integrity starts at the top. I prefer not to take chances with my health!

I had a four level spinal fusion in my neck and the staff was truly amazing. Car in preop was very nice and funny. My Nurses named Megan,Sandy and Alexa were just wonderful caring nurses that loved there jobs and there patients. The techs named Jalisa,Lisa and Addy were wonderful too. I am recovering at home now and doing well. Thank you to Edwards and Dr Michael Carin for there hard work!!

so went to the ER because of hurt ankles and they put me in the storage room. Not an exam room like everyone else but a storage room. And the "Dr" who came in wasn't wearing white coat but Brown and no badge. They haven't changed in how badly they treat people. Oh and also they didn't want to do an xray until I insisted. They wanted me to also change into a gown but there is no curtain for privacy only a door that locks from the outside and once closed can't be open from the inside. I was also told it's where you guys put the crazies. Is this how you treat patients who come in for possible broken ankle. There were plenty of empty er rooms so why was I put there. I was not even examined properly either. And I do know the ER doctors wear different coats (Not Brown) and have id on them.
