Sea food and more Mexican dishes here delicious and the price is fine. Nice people and music fast and friendly service. The mojarra is worth it and the seafood soup really tasty. We like it, 01/21/23 we came back delicious again.
Was here because i was having a car worked on next door... margaritas are kinda expensive at aroun11 bucks and the fried plate i wanted i was told they were not serving. I opted for the the 15 buck "large" vuelve a la vida. It seemed rather small... maybe some other food is good. the ladies serving were nice and service driven... doubt i will be back tho.
The place is ok, the service was good unfortunately 1/2 if the food we ordered was flavorless , the Cajun shrimp was only spicy but had no seasoning whatsoever, the michelada was the worst michelada that I ever had in a Mexican restaurant, the fried rice also had no flavor and was oily and the lettuce was already turning brown, the rest of the food was OK, but we definitely will not be back as we love good seafood and this is definitely not it.
One of the worst Ostioneria Michoacan locations in Northside Houston yet. Came to eat with my family of 4, including a baby Walking in with no one greeting us 'til 2 minutes later, mind you the restaurant was half empty. Food was expensive, edible but bland, no flavor, sin sabor, échale sason porfavor! Didn't really complain about anything until one of us almost bit into a torn piece of latex gloves!!! It was shocking and ultimately horrid, we all lost our appetite and decided to call up a manager... after all our baby could of gotten seriously hurt if he had digested a piece of plastic They only gave us a 20% discount even when we didnt even eat half our food , we still had to pay $60 for almost little food we actually ate. Im not one to complain about food and staff, but do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION!
I went with my boyfriend to get dinner. We ordered the house margaritas which were not as strong as we thought they were going to be. The food was good, tasty and a good amount.Recommended dishesFried Seafood
I went to pick up something for dinner at home, I don't know if you would consider the restaurant busy however I asked for the menu sat in a booth and looked through the menu, started looking for the lady thay gave me the menu, made eye contact a couple of times but she would turn the other way, one I got up to meet her I told her what I ordered fried tilapia and shrimp and octopus a la diabla it took almost 45 minutes I was about to get up and leave since I had not paid when she told me it was ready. The fried fish was burn, and the rice that came with the shrimp and octopus was really oily. I don't know if I caught then on a rush or a bad day but was not super impressed.
Lunch today at Ostioneria Michoacan #6 Spring/Woodlands. #2 combo 6 Camarones Empanizados - 6 Fried Shrimps with shrimp fried rice, French fries, grilled Torta bread, limes, and tartar sauce. Good stuff an reasonable. Shrimp were very fresh, and the rice was similar to Mambo seafood style. Bonus that they got the big size Mexican Cokes.
Very disappointing! This salad was for $11 so not worth the price. Nothing compared to the delicious salad from Mambos!!! My husband ordered Marisco soup and it had a funny taste as if it was no longer any good! The place was empty and they took forever to serve us and outdated soup and this horrible salad! Save your money people and go elsewhere!!! Service is not good and food is horrible I can get a better salad at Wendy’s for half the price!
The food was very good. The service was slow, especially since there were not many people there. The hours are great if you want good Mexican food late at night.
Very good food but a little pricey.
