Fascinating food, made with restrictions on material and cooking temperature. It's great to have such a focused and inventive vegan restaurant, but the mandatory tasting menu was very expensive and felt repetitive when we went. While the food is "raw" in terms of temperature restrictions, it has often been heavily modified through chemical processes of molecular gastronomy. The ingredients often felt much more extensively changed than they would be if just heated up slightly more (they do use heat, but not past a specific mark) and not treated through assorted chemical reactions.

Simply wonderful, thoughtful cuisine served in a theatrical way. Enjoy seasonal, raw, gourmet vegan seven course meals and feel like royalty for a night. Be prepared to spend upwards of $150 a head, especially if you decide on a wine pairing.

Meal still in progress, 4 courses down and 3 to go. Absolutely stunning. Each course is just a few mouthfuls, beautifully presented and an absolute riot of rich flavors. It is hard to believe that raw food could taste this good. The service is also fantastic. We are a group of 5. Each course is being brought out by 5 waiters and set down simultaneously for each of us. We feel like we are part of a performance piece.
