I used their rental because another insured motorist hit my vehicle and it was down for repair for over a month. When I rented the car, I had DW which covered damages if I had an accident. When the other insurance company took over the rental and agreed to pay the rental, I was still charged DW which ran up to over 600.00 for me to pay on my credit card. My own personal insurance deductible is not that much (250.00 to be exact). Needless, to say, I am not happy. They said that I could not take that charge off. So for this rental, I definitely give them an "F" or below. I am disputing the charge. As a matter of fact, I think I am going to have my legal team call them. So be very careful when renting from them. I have rented from them in the past, but never had this experience. Not sure if I will use them again.

This was an awesome experience. Everything got approved and I was ready to ride! Thanks so much. Loved the ride so much, until I didn't want to give it back! LOL Thanks!

Couldn't produce a rental car of any kind within 24hrs of taking a reservation. I guess customer service goes out the window when you are the only service in town.
