This is the only location I will ever use. After an unfortunate event, I had to rent a car for several days. The lady that assisted us, Whitney, was very patient and respectful. She made us feel comfortable and was very compassionate. Anyone at the location can help you, but Whitney is the best choice. The car was awesome and they had a lot to choose from. Thanks so much Enterprise in Brandon.

Will never have my business.  Reserved a moving truck about 3 weeks in advance.  The day before I was moving they called to notify me there was no truck available.

Very nice customer service. I was in and out pretty quickly, under 45 minutes. Which I expected since there is a process. I will definitely rent from this particular branch in Brandon the next trip I take. Flowood is just as nice but rent out very quickly. I did economy but I think I'll upgrade next time, a hyundai accent is what I drove, not enough pick up and go for me. It's a good around town car but not travel, I could have really used cruise control on my trip.

Scheduling a rental online was super easy. The pick-up was not. We do not have or use a credit card. Apparently that means you have to bring proof of at least 2 utility bills showing your address. That was a huge headache when you don't know that before hand and you have to pull the information on your phone. It feels like you are being punished for not having a credit card. Drop off was a breeze. The car was awesome!!

Had a quick and efficient check out process. The vehicle was a new one in great shape and had no issues on our trip. Will definitely use again.
