Have never been to the Lakeland Dr location in Flowood, but have talked to Becky in the pat. She was very pleasant and helpful. I just called to check on a car for tomorrow and don’t know who I was talking with, because I did not understand what she said. I asked for the one day rental price on an intermediate size vehicle and she gave me a price of $61 and some cents. I then asked for the rate on a compact for one day and she told me $61 and some cents. I did tell her I am an AARP member and asked if The prices were the same for the two size cars. At that point she told me the intermediate was $63 + cents. So attempting to use my AARP discount increased the price. Evidently Budget does not understand what “discount” means!!!
I did comment on her seemingly unconcerned attitude and that she did not really care whether I did business with them, but received no response from her. At that point, I just said if they did not want my business, I would find someone else. Won’t try Budget again!

Worst costumer service in town and the employees are always late opening. Please do NOT use this location!

Becky is great.  Very, very easy to deal with.  Prices are good too.

Reservationist  ("Becky") was courteous and service was quick and exceptional; no long lines from pickup to dropoff! My husband and I highly recommend this agency to anyone who's looking from quick, courteous, dependable service.
