I continue to come back to this place every month because they are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  Beth and her crew do a great job of customer service.  The process can be as quick as you want it to be or they will take the time to answer all questions you have before sending you off in a nice ride.

We used them twice last summer and wasn't impressed with their customer service.  I kept being told different prices & they just were difficult to work with.  I did not receive the friendly service I have received in the past.  Needed to change my review unfortunately.  I will be looking at other companies for summer 2018.  

I love working with their staff. We (church youth group) use to use Bemidji's Enterprise being located in-between the two cities, but due to availability one year, we needed to use Baxter's Enterprise and I was SO impressed with the employees there that I have kept my business with the Baxter's enterprise!  Bemidji was great too, but Baxter's staff is SO friendly and easy to work with, I have stuck with them for work and personal use.

Never will I EVER rent a car with this company. My husband and I needed a car ASAP.. We were visiting from San Diego and there were no shuttles, buses, or anything to get back to Minneapolis to take our flight home.
I guess in the state of Minnesota you need a Minnesota drivers license to rent a car (that's ridiculous) so I spoke with the supervisor Beth. She said she would work with me if I put a larger deposit down for the car.

The only car that was available was a truck. Per Beth she said that the car was $60 dollars per day. 
From what I understood and I asked 3-4 times the total cost for the deposit was 200 I would get that deposit back when I returned the car. 

Now, I asked her seriously like 3-4 times about what I was going to get back it was understood that the $200 was the deposit.

I SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN CHARGED 240 dollars to have a vehicle for ONLY 13 hours. 

Anyway, Beth called me today said that I had agreed to it all. I told her to have her supervisor call me. That no ONE WOULD PAY 240 for that price to rent a car. 

You guys are crooks. If I don't get my money back I'm going to tell everyone how horrible Enterprise is and how they will TAKE all YOUR money

So DISAPPOINTED in you guys.

* Update- got a call from Beth's supervisor he will reimburse me $100 dollars. 1 star added to original review for trying to fix what they messed up.

Unbelievable!
Sarah, the counter agent, went out of her way to acquire the minivan I needed to drive across country. 
Due to the double hurricane devastation in the US, I was going to have to drive 2 hours to Duluth, Mn, to get the minivan. 
As I was leaving the office, a minivan drove up and pulled into the first parking space. Sarah exclaimed, "It's yours!" 
Beth, the manager, was thrilled as well. The story continues... the previous renter left his wallet in an obscure place under one of the seats. Luckily, I had not left Minnesota, and I was able to deliver the wallet to the previous renter. 
Trust is everything-
Goodness is everything. 
I even received a ride home after I dropped the car in Boston. 
I am an Enterprise believer!

Wonderful team! Staff are really welcoming and friendly! Everyone is so quick to help  you with whatever queries you may have! Beth and Sarah really know how to make a customer feel special!
