This is a smaller local location and a one man operation. If you call the number you go to a call center for all locations. Listen to the message and choose the option to go direct to the office. Greg will take good care of you! If you use the call center or on line be sure to leave good contact info so he can confirm your reservation. We had made one with the call center and luckily left our number, Greg called us right away because he didn't have the type we requested for same day pick up. He gave us an upgrade for no extra charge. It was fast and easy both for pick up and drop off. Wish all our experiences with renting cars were this good!

This Enterprise location is staffed by very kind and capable people. I have rented here many many times and always been well served. Plus the location is very close to downtown Northfield.

It is worth getting a ride to Apple Valley or pretty much any other location. I have yet to get anyone on the phone or to call me back in a timely manner. I had to get the auto body shop involved to even get a rental car. When I did, it reeked of cigarettes which, in addition to being an unpleasant smell, aggravates my asthma. I had to involve the Eden Prarie store to talk to anyone (side note: their customer service was amazing). After involving the managing store for Northfield I finally got arrangements to switch out the smokey car in Apple Valley and a discount on the rate. But I had to drive down there. Why is their advertising bit still "we'll pick you up?" if there are so many conditions on that actually happening? My repairs took longer than anticipated due to insurance company being backed up. The minute I knew I notified the Northfield store who never called me back. I called again when repairs where nearly done to ask if I could drop the rental at the body shop where Enterprise could retrieve, since this is how I picked up the first car. They said fine, no problem. Then, almost a week after I dropped it off, the Northfield store called to let me know that my bill was double what I thought it was going to be because he has to bump the rate up for those extra days. Nevermind, that he never told me any of this in my myriad of attempts to communicate before I returned the car. The managing store made it right but I will never rent from the Northfield Enterprise again.

Maybe the guys name was Gary. I work near there and at times I use a rental car throigh my company and the guy has a nasty attitude with me like I MUST use his service. Gary I will fly as much as possible to avoid dealing with your attitude. 1 star for the Hyundai.
