I needed a rental for a couple of days while I had my car inspected, and these guys came through when I needed them too.  Everything was fine, salesman was professional, rental was god, and price was competitive.  But a few days later after returning my car I was told that their was a giant quarter size scratch in the middle of the front window and that it would cost $50 dollars to fill it.  Considering nothing hit the window when I had it I was kind of annoyed.  Then they said that they ran their computers and said I drove 200 miles over the two days I had it.  Considering its 11 miles to my work and back, and only other place I drove the car was to the dealership I met them at, that puts me in the 50-60 miles at most.  Therefore they were charging me extra $20 dollars for gas.  So unless someone took the car for a joyride after and before they entered it in the computers I don't know where this extra $70 dollars came from unless it's their way to make money on the side.  Otherwise the service was fine except for that.

These guys saved our butts. Everyone else in the metro was out of vehicles but Choice Auto was able to find one. Brittany in the office was awesome & called around until she found us a vehicle at another location. Then not only did they deliver it to our home but they picked it up when we were done. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with them.

the person who delivery your car wont say anything until everything is done. Then they say you rent longer than the contract and try to figure out ways to take your money more. I have to pay nearly $600 for that, what a scam!
