Rented a van for a weekend road trip. Was the lowest price for a van. When I arrived for pickup, everything went quick and easy. Rep was not pushy with supplemental stuff, which I really appreciated. Van was great, no problems, brand new Chrysler Pacifica. They also had free parking for my vehicle while I had the rental which was very convenient. Very fast and easy return. Outstanding overall.

Staff is very polite and helpful! Clean car-we rented the Subaru Forester and it was amazing. My husband forgot his ID in the car and didn’t realize it until we were checking in at the airport. The staff was more than willing to bring his ID to him immediately! This was so helpful to us. I would have given them a 5 star but because we actually had to take a 5 minute shuttle to the airport, it wasn’t as convenient as I would have liked. With 2 little kids-the transfer of all of our things was exhausting. If they had delivered the vehicle to us directly at the airport, then I would’ve given them a 5 Star 😊

I had a great experience with Sixt rental service. I was worried about using them because I had never heard of them but I'm glad I decided to give them a shot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The car we requested wasn't clean so they upgraded us and it was really easy to get and return the vehicle. I will definitely use them again! Their prices are very competitive and you get a nice car, what else do you need?

This agency is clean and well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. I was treated like a V.I.P. because the counter clerk in the terminal had to leave for the day. In response to the problem, the agency management set up several drivers in shuttle vans to carry arriving air passengers to their off-site location for processing and vehicle delivery. As a result, the instant I arrived at the airport counter, I was escorted to one of the (spotlessly clean!) vans and driven to the office. It felt like the whole crew was just waiting for me to arrive! I noticed two other customers who were expressing similar impressions. So, good job, Sixt! Well-handled!

Oh, and really inexpensive, too. Half the price of Enterprise for the same vehicle and terms.

I come in at 2 AM to rent for my work travel every week.  The gentleman helping me has everything ready to go and I'm in and out in a quick few minutes.  He is fantastic and everything about the experience is fantastic!
