Amazing customer service! we were helped right away, they were professional, polite, enthusiastic and extremely helpful giving us directions and just went above and beyond in every area. They gave us all the information without pressuring us into any 1 particular option and spread joy and positivity!

My rental from Hertz in Minneapolis Minnesota  was outstanding.  As a Gold Star member, you can choose any car in the Gold Star area, drive to the exit gate pick up your contract and you are on your way. No hassle what  so ever.  Great service not to mention the express return service. Try it, you will like it.

Gold members have special treatment here... this place offers gold member to select any cars available in gold section. I booked a compact and got an GM Impala.... with same price... great deal... quick and great service from Hertz staff

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service we have ever had. Our flight got canceled that was to depart at 9pm tonight. The drive to our destination was 2 hours, so we decided that we would rent a car and drive home. We get to Hertz at about 9:30p in the Minneapolis terminal 1 airport. We get to the counter and wait for the worker to get off her cell phone texting to wait on us and we’re told that all that’s available are compact cars and they would not accommodate us. There was a total of 9 of us trying to get to brainerd. Not one of the workers told us we needed to reserve online for a bigger vechile. They SAT ON THEIR PHONES texting and no help what so ever. We finally figure out on our own to book two big vechiles. Then we are told there’s no trucks available to rent. It was like they didn’t want to rent us anything!! It was such a struggle to get any help. $1000 dollars ( For 2 vehicles) and hour later and we finally get our Tahoes booked and to top it all off they MAKE US go out into the parking lot @ almost 11pm to go get our own car which by the way is way down in the back and drive it up ourselves!!! They Gave us the wrong description of the car. Didn’t help what so ever with ANYTHING and Never checked the vechile for any dents or looked it over at all. We have a lot of people coming to town for the Super Bowl and we will DEFINITELY NOT be sending people to this awful location.

Rarely do I write a negative reviews but without a doubt this is by far the worst Hertz location in the country.  As a Presidents Club customer who rents from this location 2-3 times each month on business there is one thing that is consistent, there will be a problem.  No cars ready, during departure the car is flagged for repairs which necessitates a change in vehicles, painfully long departure lines &  times, reservation not on the board, cars not clean, fuel not replaced, glove boxes that won't close...the list just goes on and on.  It is a running joke when we arrive trying to guess what the catastrophe will be - rest assured it will be something.  We have a corporate contract so no option but to grin and bear it - I can only imagine the poor customers who have no status and are infrequent renters.  I rent from Hertz all over the country and no other location is like the MSP Hertz - absolutely the worst.
