This location automatically charged us a $15 fuel charge when you return your vehicle. They did not inform us that they added it. Luckily, we noticed and went back to the car. We were told even though the tank is full we need to show them the gas receipt, which we gave them and then she removed the charge. I asked why they would auto add the charge without even requesting the gas receipt and she just shrugged and mumbled it's on the customer to know to show proof.

I can only imagine how many customers did not notice this was being added at the car return. This is really bad business and deceptive.

We rented a full size SUV at the MSP airport.   We arrived in the evening.  There were several SUV vehicles available.  The one we received had black interior.  The next morning we realized the vehicle was FILTHY!  Food in between seats, paperwork left in the counsel, salt stains on the seats, unidentified goop on the dash and something smeared on the dashboard.  We were 80 minutes from MSP airport.  We spoke with 4 different people, on the phone for an hour and their SCRIPTED ANSWERS were:  We could drive 80 minutes one way and exchange the vehicle for a clean one or take the vehicle to a car wash (the interior was dirty which we emphatically stated several times) and we would be reimbursed for the car wash.  Were we suppose to leave the windows down for the interior to be cleaned while going through the car wash?!  Results of the end of the conversation: Carlos (Budget customer service rep) refused to give us his last name, refused to transfer us to his supervisor, and then hung up on us.  

WE WILL NOT rent from Budget again!

This place was terrible. Picking up and during the rental period, it was fine. But once trying to return was the problem. We were at terminal 1 and no one was there to attend us. There was a sign to go to terminal two, we called Customer service and were told that there would be an attendant there at terminal two, on the other side of the airport. After a very long walk and a train, we waited for half an hour and no one showed up. Called customer service again and they told us we could just leave the keys in the car with our rental contract. So we had to walk all the way back and do so. Ridiculous that they had no staff working at any of their booths.

Was going on a family trip. And j could not pay with my debit card because they do not accept small banks. They only accept credit cards. DO NOT USE BUDGET! It is a waste of money and then tried charging me a no-show fee when I was right there.

Sell very expensive insurances and would possibly rent cars.
Let you understand that you would drive without any insurance (which is illegal) if you don't purchase theirs.
Need more people at the counter as already said, spend an hour and a half to get my car
Didn't get the car I wanted though I book three months before coming.
