Customer service and professionalism is excellent. Prices are a bit high, but are less expensive with the gold membership. Cars at this location are well maintained for rental vehicles.

Not the worst Hertz , but this location is less than average. I am a 5-Star Gold Plus member who has rented 6 or 7 vehicles at this Hertz over the last 3 years. I have also rented about 10 vehicles at other Hertz across the country over the last 3 years. This Hertz consistently gives me a vehicle that is dirty and appears to have NOT been cleaned inside. No other Hertz location has ever provided me a dirty car. Also, this Hertz location has twice given me a vehicle that appeared to have minor issues with the vehicle brakes and/or wheels. The "check engine" or oil change light was also on. In addition, this is the only Hertz location I have been to that almost never provides a vehicle with a full tank of gas.  I suspect that the reason for providing dirty or under-average cars is that this location simply does not have many vehicles, has too many renters, and not enough time to clean and service the vehicles. If so, I recommend this Hertz location simply inform the renter something like ... "I apologize for the vehicle condition, but we have so much business that we don't always have enough time to service the vehicles."

Cannot get these folks to pick up a phone most of the day today. I had to urgently drop off car and they were closed before 10am

No Sunday hours, closes at 2 p.m. Saturdays.  Hertz charges an extra fee to return the car at a location different from the airport.  The Hertz car that we rented had no USB port for charging cell phones, etc.  I rented this car through the United Airlines.  The price was good but the features on the car were not up to par with cars from other agencies that I have used in the past.
