Very friendly staff and prompt service.  My complaints are the unfamiliarity of the staff with the promotion run by my credit union card company and that the car was almost entirely empty of fuel, forcing me to immediately find fuel before leaving on my trip. They were able to honor only half of the card's promotion because of low vehicle inventory, and didn't have an upgrade car available.  The car I ended up with was an ultra compact no frills car w/o cruise control.  Okay around town, but tiring to drive a long distance.

The service aspect was great, the vehicle i was given was pretty cool, the representative that helped me was very friendly. I do not live by here but i did need to use them for the rental after dropping off my truck for a recall at a dealer nearby, so i will be using them more and more. Two reasons not to give the five star is because 1) the interior of the store seems very outdated, and 2) while i was at the dealer, my service advisor called the Enterprise location and apparently they ended up hanging up the phone twice, so i just walked over from the dealership. When i got to the Enterprise, everything seemed normal, until two police officers barged in asking questions about some crazy guy who supposedly was there just a few minutes earlier arguing about what car he NEEDS TO BE GIVEN. Turns out this store does not have any security cameras and i felt a bit unsafe knowing all this happened right before i got there and there is no proof on cameras that this happened. A company as big as Enterprise should invest a bit to place a few cameras at this location so when things like this happen they can help the police find the wrongdoers.

Great customer service from staff to management, I'd recommend this local enterprise branch to anyone for their rental needs.

I have been renting from Enterprise for year and stopped in 2015 or 16 because they did not award me my points for several of my rentals. I however decided to give Enterprise another try with the rental on December 15...BIG MISTAKE. I was made to feel your company did not appreciate my loyalty given how I was treated by the staff in the Weston Office...you know the story. I find it highly inappropriate
