Great experience overall. Good prices. They have taken care of me in the past if the made a mistake and did not have my car ready. If they are slow they seem to offer very cheap upgrades. When I looked at prices online the next step up was going to be over 100 dollars more. But when I showed up to pickup. They offered to upgrade me for only 10 dollars more a day. Which turned out to be about a third cheaper than when I originally booked.

My experience at enterprise on west 9 mile road is always a great one. Krysten is always pleasant & helpful, she goes above & beyond for her customers. I’ll definitely be renting here in the near future.

Good service and received a car as ordered, but don't like to get cars with less than a full tank of gas.  It makes it difficult to return without putting more of my money into the gas tank.

Customer service was great. They picked me up and dropped me off quickly. I've rented with Enterprise in general many, many times and have typically be please with the car. In this case, they gave me a very run-down Corolla. It had approximately 33k miles, chips all over the paint, stained seats, and a mildew odor. I was very disappointed in the car and was extremely ready to turn it back in.
