The customer service at this location was excellent. I was greeted quickly and they found my reservation very fast on their system and processed my rental in very little time. The one issue I had was that the car given to me was not in the greatest of conditions.  The inside and the upholstery smelled of cigarettes, and the upholstery was stained with what appeared to be spilled liquid. The car itself drove nicely and got good gas mileage, however, the hubcaps were bent and made the ride on the highway noisy. At one point it seemed like the hubcap was going to come flying off. It is not the location's fault, however, it would be nice to have better attention to detail for all the areas of their vehicles.

Great customer service, fast and friendly. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use this location. Shoutout to Mr. Barrington Johnson, as he was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

I  have rented from the Enfield, Ct. branch several times a year  for the past five years and can not say enough good things about the staff at this site. The employees are very  knowledgeable and efficient. 
They provide excellent customer service and  are very accommodating.
