Manager hung the phone up on me because I had an out of town drivers license and was staying at a local hotel. I understand there is a risk to renting cars but it's your business to take that risk. You don't know me apart from visiting from out of town and besides there is no reason to be rude then hand up. I was polite to you the entire time. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Richard the owner came back after hours  when my flight was delayed.  The car he rented me was the cleanest rental car I have ever seen.   I have rented a lot of cars from the big name car rental agencies.   From now on I will be using U-Save Car and Truck Rental when I visit the Berkshires.

Quoted one price online. When at counter employee tells me all tolls are now electronic. Ok. Now we have to purchase an electronic tag for $7 a day, ok. Then on bill there is a $30 surcharge plus 11%tax so instead of $188 its now $303. Then tries to charge my credit card $600. When calling usave customer support,  they tell you to call the actual rental counter(san juan), where they pretend to not understand English. So now i have to call credit card and dispute charges.
