Alway verify the mileage prior to leaving the lot. I was over charged today for mileage I did not put of the vehicle. Been a loyal customer for at least 10 years with this office with multiple rentals this year. So far this issue is unresolved and I feel my business is not important to them at this point. Office personel did not verify the mileage with me prior to handing off the car and I never looked at it because I couldnt figure out the menu controls to put it up but was able to set the trip meter before I left to track how many miles I put on it. I was not handed any paperwork on site but was sent an email. Like anyone reads those things. I was exactly 32.6 miles over the 300. They told me I put 500+ on the vehicle which was not even possible on my trip. Very unhappy with this experience and was treated like I was lying about their mistake. Got the google tracking on my phone to prove my mileage. They knocked the mileage down 100 miles but still feel I am getting screwed as I took longer timed county road short cuts to cut down on the milage because I know I would go over some. Never had an issue with them before today but this has been a very bad experience.. They need to set this right or I well cancel my future reservation in December and rent from Avis or Hertz in all future rentals even if it cost more on principle along. Make this right enterprice.

The guys working there are great and friendly. I needed a ride home after dropping off the suv and they also do that too. So I was grateful since I had such a stressful Monday morning to have received such good treatment from them . Thank you.
