I have been a returning customer for years. This experience was from an insurance claim. It was convenient, Jake was very helpful at a time we needed the most. Great customer service goes such a long way!! I will return again we really appreciated having access to a car when our vehicle was being serviced. At the end of the day you still need to get to work and enterprise made that possible!! I am very grateful!

Fast service, top notch staff, Jake Not from state farm and not wearing khaki's has an attention to customer satisfaction that surpassed any of my rental experiences.  NOT only did he make beginning to end of my time at Enterprise  extremely swift.  He made sure I knew about the controls of the beautiful car.  Here is where he goes above and beyond.  On a super hot day the car had cool interior.  THATS RIGHT HE HAD THE AIR CONDITIONING DIALED IN.  THAT'S a guy who cares about the comforts of his customer's.  Would I recommend this branch.  Especially when you have a guy like Jake helping you.  He made a stressful day turn around to end on a positive note.

Wish I could leave 0 Stars. Made a reservation a month ago to move to another state. Not only did they NOT reserve a vehicle for us, but they waited until 2 minutes before close the day before we were to pick up the vehicle to say that they "didn't have it available". Come to find out. THEY DO HAVE ONE AVAILABLE. So does every location around here- they just don't want it to go on a one way trip.  Literally the worst customer service ever. Corporate wasn't even helpful. So now we are stuck with no home here, no jobs, and no way to our new home. Thanks enterprise.

Called and left multiple messages yesterday. Thankfully the body shop got out car fixed quickly and was only out of a car for two days. But this enterprise is the worst ones I’ve ever dealt with. Let’s just say the front desk lady of the car dealership it’s “attached to” said that they always get called because they don’t wanna answer their phones back in the actual enterprise department and with it showing them attached to the same building, they usually get the slack of the calls.  Do better.

The Defiance Ohio rental lot has been by our side now for over 4 years.  My daughter graduates this summer from the University of Arkansas, and we have rented numerous times each year to attend college events.  Jake has been one of the best representatives we have had and goes over and beyond to get you what you need.  It's up to the renter to make sure everything falls into place, and please folks, don't trash the vehicle just because it is a rental.  Keep the cars nice and the cost low by respecting and cleaning up after yourselves.  Early reservations, a follow up call a day or two before picking up the vehicle, are all things that lead to a successful and enjoyable rental experience.  There have been a couple of times that the rental did not meet my expectations, and Enterprise has ALWAYS made it right with me.  Before the Defiance Ohio location, I had to use the one in New Haven Indiana and again, I always had a great experience with them.  Enterprise is my GO TO rental location.

Fix your parking lot drive. My car just bottomed out on the big hole you have back there and it tore up my front bumper.

They delivered a car to a dealership 10 miles from their location and picked it up at the end of the rental period. The best part was I left a Samsung tablet in the car and when I called the next day they had recovered it and tagged it for me to pick up later!

Update ××× The company never reached out stating they agree i should be charged for the extra week even tho the car was at returned spot but because i left the keys in the car and not the drop box mind you it is posted by the repair shop that is connected to the car dealership Enterprise is located. So thank you for the extra charge while I was burying my mother  I'm extremely sad Enterprise is the only place to rent a car my mother passed away and I rented a car for one wk and I returned it on time but because they weren't open when I returned the car and they had very confusing drop off box I put the keys in the car and they never Checked it in so when I called 3 days later to make sure Jake was like I dont check every car that just sits out there even tho they knew it was scheduled to be returned to them and they charged me an entire extra week and when I called to explain they took my number sd they would look into it and never got back to me so not only did I have the expenses of my mother passing I also got an extra 600 charge for the car  Jake in Defiance is very rude and lazy ill never rent a car from them again

Great service and very nice rental truck.

I reserved a car and had to reschedule. When I rescheduled the price went up almost $20! Then when I went to pick up the car, they didn’t even have one available!!! How do they let you reserve a car if they don’t even have one to reserve? I had to cancel my trip because this is the only car rental place available here. Very poor service!
