I'm pleasantly surprised by the services. I was quite impressed with Jessica she was professional, polite and respectful. She made the whole transaction very painless. I was impressed with the whole staff, from Brian who gave me the initial quote to Bill who picked me up. If you need to rent a car do yourself a favor and go to Steubenville Enterprise. Absolutely fantastic people who are in a league of their own. Thanks for your help and time.

We reserved a car online, confirmed it was available. When we got there however they didn't have the car reserved and the only thing available was a giant SUV or a work truck...told us they should have something by 4pm (it was noon) but they wouldn't know until later, 3pm or later. Long story short I ended up going to Thifty Car Rental saved $10a day and was able to be on the road at the appointed time (Thifty gets a 5star review from me, but Google didn't find me there)

The staff is always wonderful. I've been using this place for over 6 years now and  Never had a bad experience.

I always use Enterprise Rent-A-Car when I go back to my hometown in Steubenville. They have always been so helpful and I am in and out of there in no time. They will always be my number one place to rent a car.
