Very friendly staff, was very thorough in thepre check to avoid disputes during return. Waiting time was good. Easy pick upand drop off.Contract was honored and transaction was efficient. Car given was new and in good working condition.
I had a great experience from the team at this Enterprise location. Not sure why others did not have the same. From the moment I picked up the car, I was given excellent service. The team meticulously inspected the car for any damage. They ended up giving me a great car. My return was really smooth as well. I was greeted by a very friendly agent who was gracious in assisting me. Could not have had a better experience.
Amazing service. Good people and great range of vehicles. Do select a tiny hatchback if u r from North America. As the roads are too narrower. And underground parkings are super tiny
BEWARE!!!!!!!! I have just dropped a car off in Limoges after hours drop off and have just received a damage report for £2,500 wow !!!!! I drove from airport straight to limoge on the motor way never left the car and the said it has undercarriage damage !!!!!!! IAM disputing this issue . Never had this with a car hire company before . Beware . Asked for photos but none have materialised as yet . I have read the other reviews and this seems to be a way of collecting extra money . Rent from enterprise at you own risk !!!!!
Amazing service. Arrived after an 8 hour flight with a tired family and way too much luggage for the car we reserved. Wissam took the time to show up every available car and loaded our luggage several times until we found the car we needed. Incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. Then, we ended up damaging the car in Strasbourg and brought it back with significant damage. The woman who checked us in saw that we had the damage waiver and took less than 5 minutes to check us in and send us on our way to the flight. It was a fantastic experience for my family. Thanks!
If possible, I'd give this place negative stars. We came to pick up our rental car after landing from our flight and the moment we get here we're told that there are no cars left for us to rent out which is ridiculous because we received no email or any sort of communication regarding this and basically was left out to roam around different places to rent out cars with no help. When asked to speak to a manager, they tell us that there's no one we can currently speak to and that their manager is aware of the situation, which brings me to another point of frustration because leadership was aware of this situation but chose not to inform us. Enterprise, please learn to communicate with your customers of any situations related to this. We will not be coming back with this sort of service.
If I could give this location negative stars I would. If you ever go to CDG please please avoid this rental car agency at all cost!! They don’t have the cars you reserve and when you return the car they say the car is damaged with no proof whatsoever. I even took a picture of the door near the window/handle that the manager there her name is Amy kept saying was damaged! See the attached picture. Because you have to take a flight you can’t file a formal complain or have reasonable person check their lie. There are plenty of other rental cars available. No need to experience misery like I did.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL - A COMPLETE SCAM This was a terrible experience. Truly. Not only did they charge extra for damage that was already on the car and was pointed out to us by the costumer service woman before we drove away, they refused to view the contract that showed that we had damage protection, AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL €6,000 3 days after returning the car. The car itself was in terrible condition, and like other reviews state, all documents that were signed were in French and impossible to understand. When we tried to to complain on the costumer service lines, they hung up before we could even finish our sentence. Terrible experience. We will never rent here again.
Beware if you're booking from this location. They apparently have a policy with the CDG airport where they won't allow you to rent the car if you don't have a boarding pass from within 24 hours of the time of the rental. This happened to me last week. I booked my France trip many months in advance with a plan to stay in Paris for 4 days first without a rental car and then return to CDG airport to get a rental car from this Enterprise location to drive to other parts of France and eventually returning the car and fly back to the US from CDG. I booked the rental car with this itinerary through Enterprise's website and the reservation was confirmed and everything looked fine. Unfortunately when I showed up at this Enterprise location, they wouldn't honor the reservation I booked through their website citing the 24-hour boarding pass policy. The people working there showed no concern for my situation and simply told me to go talk to other rental companies to see if they have a car available. Luckily Avis did have a car available but I had to pay higher rate since it is last minute. Their website should've prevented me from booking this car in the first place instead of confirming the booking. My trip could've easily been ruined had I not been able to find another rental car from other companies. The worst part was the nonchalance of the employees there and it really was quite infuriating. They had no interest in helping me solving the situation whatsoever and just went on to chat amongst themselves and laughing and smiling without even an attempt to right this situation that their company caused.
Rented car at Entreprise/CDG airport in December 2021. Car apparently had pre-existing damage on wheel caps: didn't find out until car was returned at FRA airport. We should have known something was up as staff at CDG kept reminding us that car had to be checked beforehand. We tried, but it was difficult to accomplish as cars were parked very close each other in airport parking; we could barely get our our luggage into it. Of note, the staff was very friendly throughout. Of course, Enterprise tried to charge us for a pre-existing damage that we never even noticed. Upon request, this charge was blocked as fraud by our US credit card. Of note, we also made a dent in the car for which we fully paid. Will of course never, ever rent anything from Enterprise/National in Europe ever again.
