This location would be okay if they did their due diligence to actually provide quality service.  Robert rented a car from me, who told me he was a manger at the Youngstown branch as well #3893.  He rented cars to me on abut three different occasions only to turn around and state that another branch had me on a DNR list for a problem that branch created.  I hate to mention that all of the individuals are BLACK MEN that are walking around with superiority complexes. None of these men own this business but will spout out things like, "They can rent to who they want to...", etc, etc.  It is a disservice to humanity to have people like this in service levels.  It is personally an insult to see them treat people a certain way because they REFUSE to take responsibility for their mistakes!  This all also happened while they were running their $9.99 special.  As if they are making a judgement as to who deserves the special or are reserving all the cars for people the know.  Same thing will happen to them when they are on the other end.  Why run a special that you do not want to honor?

My family has used this enterprise since we moved to Ohio. We have never had any issues and the staff there always went above and beyond until recently. We rent a car at least once a month so are very familiar with everyone. When we rented a car around Christmas my youngest daughter left her passport and social security card in the vehicle. She did not notice until someone called her job stating they found it in a vehicle they rented and located her through facebook. After that phone call we could not get back in contact with the person who said they found it. Enterprise was not helpful at all in contacting this person or giving us contact info. My biggest issue is the fact they did not check the car between customers. She had left it in the glove box which you would think they would check to make sure all information for the next driver is there. We now go to Hertz only right down the road. They are professional, curteous, and pleasant. They are a little bit more expensive but, for the peace of mind they provide me I do not mind. Please beware when you try to rent a car from this location.

Fantastic customer service !!! Quick, Easy, prompt, courteous service. Would recommend to everyone!! Refreshing to deal with people who enjoy helping customers and making sure you are satisfied. Will always use Enterprise  (youngstown road location) in the future. Would give 10 stars if they had them.

I can't say enough great things about the employees at this Enterprise. Howard,Tom,Suzanne,are all fantastic. The customer service goes way above and beyond. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. I won't ever go anywhere else!
